Utica Man Charged with Felony for Sexual Contact with Minor Girl
A 22-year-old Utica man, Christian Castro, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a female child under 11 during the summer of 2021. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation after the Child Advocacy Center received reports of the abuse.
