Utica Man Charged with Felony for Sexual Contact with Minor Girl
A 22-year-old Utica man, Christian Castro, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a female child under 11 during the summer of 2021. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation after the Child Advocacy Center received reports of the abuse. The Oneida County District Attorney’s Office is handling the case, following the evidence gathered during the investigation.
