The Oneida City Police Department is seeking public assistance to locate brothers Andrew (36) and Michael Desimone (33), wanted on multiple charges including assault. The duo is believed to have entered a residence in the Utica area and assaulted an occupant. Lt. Ryan Warner noted that both brothers have ties to the Frakfort and East Syracuse vicinity, with Michael’s last known address in East Syracuse. Citizens with information are urged to contact the police department.
