Paving Operations Set to Start in Utica This Monday
UTICA, NY—Beginning Monday, August 18, the City of Utica’s Engineering Department will start paving operations in East Utica as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements. Mayor Mike Galime announced that temporary No Parking signs will be installed on various streets starting Sunday, August 17, urging residents to comply to avoid towing. Streets affected include Bacon, Blandina, Girard, and Jefferson Avenue. This initiative aims to enhance local road quality, potentially prolonging commutes for residents during the work period.
