Paving Streets in East Utica Area Scheduled for Monday
In East Utica, crews are paving multiple streets, including Bacon, Blandina, Girard, Jefferson, and Kathleen Streets, affecting access from South to Rutger and other key intersections. This work commenced following the installation of “No Parking” signs on August 17 to prepare for the project. The paving aims to improve road conditions and traffic flow in the area.
