Traffic Stop in Utica Reveals Drugs, Results in Arrest
A Utica man, David Burr, 46, was arrested for drug possession following a traffic stop on August 14 near Court and Varick streets. Officers discovered Burr was driving with a suspended license and found a baggie of suspected cocaine in his pocket during a search. He faces three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance along with traffic violations.
