Utica Golf Tournament Celebrates Fallen Officer and Supports Youth
The Thomas M. Lindsey Memorial Foundation Golf Tournament returns today at Valley View in Utica after a hiatus, featuring 184 registered golfers. Established in 2007 following Officer Thomas M. Lindsey’s line-of-duty death, the foundation supports at-risk and underprivileged children through youth sports initiatives and programs like “Shop with a Cop.” Recent leadership from young officers has revitalized the foundation’s efforts in community engagement and support.
