The Utica University volleyball team had a rollercoaster Saturday, winning against Bard College (3-1) but narrowly losing to Hunter College in a thrilling five-set match (3-2). Trinity Bailey led the charge with 20 kills against Bard and followed up with 19 in the close contest against Hunter. The Pioneers showcased strong resilience, bouncing back after losing the first set to Hunter, but ultimately fell just short in the decisive fifth set. Next, Utica faces Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts on September 10 at 6 PM.
