Utica Man Faces Drug Charges After Arrest During Rotterdam Traffic Stop
A 27-year-old Utica man, Raheeb M. Al Ammari, was arrested on April 6, 2025, during a traffic stop in Rotterdam by New York State Police. The arrest occurred at approximately 3:08 a.m. on I90 due to multiple traffic violations. Al Ammari faces charges including two counts of criminal possession of cannabis and criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as additional traffic offenses. He was driving without a valid license at the time of the stop.
