Utica Man Charged with Multiple Counts Following Price Chopper Theft
A 55-year-old man, Milton Spinks, from Utica faces multiple charges after an investigation into theft at Price Chopper on April 30. Utica Police intervened after loss prevention associates reported him concealing items in a backpack. Spinks, with a history of larceny arrests and previously banned from the store, had been committing thefts there for the past week. He was later charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of petit larceny.
