Arrest Made After Shots Fired Incident in Utica, Authorities Confirm
Utica Police arrested a man on May 8 after responding to a report of shots fired at Mathews Avenue and Caroline Street around 4 p.m. Officers discovered the suspect had fired a long gun at juveniles before entering a residence. A perimeter was set up, and the suspect was safely persuaded to exit the home. He was taken into custody while the investigation proceeded.
