Utica Man Hurt by Beer Bottle; Nephew Charged with Assault.
A Utica man is recovering after his 29-year-old nephew, Ariel Pujols, allegedly threw a beer bottle at him during an argument on Saturday at a Harding Place residence. The bottle struck the uncle in the face, causing a significant laceration, and he was later taken to Wynn Hospital for treatment. Pujols now faces charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
