Aerial Photo Shoot of T.R. Proctor Park Splash Pad in Utica Saturday
The City of Utica will have a professional drone pilot capture aerial photographs of the new splash pad at T.R. Proctor Park on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Organized by Play On Holdings with FlyGuys, the shoot will document the construction and final look of the splash pad. Residents should note that children and individuals may appear in the images; those who prefer not to be photographed are encouraged to visit after the shoot. The drone will operate in accordance with FAA regulations for safety.
