Utica, Rome Students Prepared for School with Back-to-School Giveaways
As school approaches in Utica and Rome, local organizations are stepping in to assist students in preparing. On Saturday, August 16, Kingdom Harvest Apostolic Church will host a free giveaway event from 11 am to 3 pm at 1200 North Madison Street in Rome, featuring backpacks, school supplies, barbecue, games, and a bouncy house. Additionally, from August 18 to August 22, the Johnson Park Center offers a pantry with food and school supplies. Events aim to ensure students start the year equipped and nourished.
