Utica Film Commissioner Paul Buckley encourages boys and girls ages 10 to 13 years old to Pre-Register for the upcoming USA Luge Slider Search on Sept. 20 and 21, with three clinics each day from 9 to 11 am, 11 to 1 pm and 2 to 4 pm, on Cornelia Street behind Utica City Hall.
